These are transformative times. Recent events has sent the world reeling for the “right course” of action. These changes have stirred up anxieties and a fear of loss inside many. If that is you; I can assure you…you are not alone.

Whenever I have felt uncertainty about external events being “out of my control”, I have always returned to the question: “what can I control right now?” Amazingly, regardless of the external circumstances the answer always remains the same…I can control my thoughts, my focus and my health.

Getting control over your thoughts will allow you to prioritize which “behaviors and action steps” you can take right now. The best place to start is always with our own health.

The doctors on the frontlines are reporting that people who are obese, diabetic, hypertensive or have chronic cardiac and pulmonary diseases are the most susceptible to a poor outcome should they become infected. There has never been a bigger incentive than right now to “expand” our physical and emotional fortitude.

I’ve never given advice on the treatment of disease. I leave that to the medical doctors. The strategies that the caring medical profession have been delivering to the public are primarily “hand-washing”, “social distancing” and “recognizing signs and symptoms early”. All sound advice, which we have implemented in our own office’s current safety protocols.

I believe that’s NOT ENOUGH.

I’ve always worked in the realm of being “proactive” not simply “reactive”. Health Building is very different than Disease Fighting. I feel that now is the most appropriate time for me to share actionable strategies to strengthen your body’s response.

Why me? I’m not a “guru”. I am a health practitioner with a BIG heart and 17 years of experience caring for thousands of people. I have a unique vantage point and understanding of human psychology and physiology. I went into my office on Wednesday, March 25th and filmed this presentation for you:
